Important Admissions Information
for the 2012-2013 School Year
Holy Family School is excited to announce that the admissions process for the 2012-2013 school year is fast approaching! Following, please find important information regarding our application procedures. We look forward to meeting you and your child during the admissions process.
Kindergarten Admissions Requirements
- Families must be registered contributing parishioners since January 1, 2011.
- Families must be active within the parish, participating in various ministries and contributing to the church via the Sunday envelope.
- All applicants must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2012.
Grades 1-5 Admissions Requirements
- Families must be registered contributing parishioners since January 1, 2011 or new to the parish.
- Families must be active within the parish, participating in various ministries and contributing to the church via the Sunday envelope.
- All applicants for 1st grade must be 6 years of age by September 1, 2012.
- Students must have received applicable sacraments for their grade level.
- New students at these grade levels are limited to available space. You may complete an application at anytime to be considered for spaces as they become available in the Fall.

Mandatory Orientation Meeting
This meeting is for prospective kindergarten and 1st grade parents. Application packet, and screening information will be provided and discussed at this time. A $100 screening fee will be assessed at the time of screening. Checks should be made payable to Holy Family School and are non-refundable.
February 2, 2012, 7:00-8:30 p.m. –
Holy Family School Open House
We strongly encourage all prospective parents and children to attend this open house during Catholic School’s Week, meet faculty members, tour the facility and preview our curriculum. This will be a wonderful opportunity for prospective families to become better acquainted with Holy Family School.

We foster and nurture the development of the whole child and strive to achieve educational excellence. We are guided in faith and principle by our Schoolwide Learning Expectations, and we work toward enabling our students to grow and be successful in attaining them
